"I have no problem with store personnel or the store itself, but with CVS's corporate policy of rounding up the total price of the purchase to end in ZERO or 5 cents since the US has discontinued minting pennies. This means the cash customer's change is short 1-4 cents. Not much except to most individuals; however, it is a windfall to recipient of the extra 1-4 cents - CVS!"

"For several years now, twenty to be exact, I have lived in warwick. I i currently go to Vernon to the C. V. S there just to avoid the drama, the inappropriate attitude and dismissiveness.I've received several times by the long blonde haired.Wavy hair pharmacist assistant. She has been there for many years. And I have never experienced her in a good mood. Let alone ever even seen a smile. She is the rudest noncompassionate, disrespectful employee, and if it wasn't for my own values and morals, I would have let her known this in front of everyone, however, I chose to practice meekness and just let her be her. However, I just hung up the phone on her because I haven't been there in so many years. And I knew the minute I called and got her on the phone who she was. Please let me know if you know who I'm talking about. Very surprised she's still there. II never wanna post something that could hurt somebody in their job. But I am continually disrespected by this woman. She needs to be replaced. Let's face it, we all know warwick c v s is never up to par, I have never had any negative problems with any one else there for the record"

"I wish there was less than one star to give to this awful pharmacy. I called to check if they carry a certain medication and they said yes, I asked if they can pull the prescription from another nearby pharmacy, they refused and said if you tell the doctor to send the prescription to us directly we will fill it. I went by their advise and asked the dr to transfer my prescription and when they got it they said we can’t fill it although it was approved by my insurance, they are short and rude and not helpful, no wonder they have a 3 stars, it should be less, horrible experience."

"Here to express concern about the behavior of one of your pharmacy staff members. The shorter Asian woman on duty was dismissive and unkind toward my elderly mother, which was very upsetting. Another customer intervened to help her because they could see how poorly she was being treated. I hope management addresses this and ensures the employee receives appropriate training in customer service and empathy"

"I’d like to say I’m a patient person. I also give people the benefit of the doubt. I rarely write reviews, I would feel remiss if I didn’t report my experience yesterday at the CVS in Warwick NY. JUDY, the pharmacist was on duty. I have had negative interactions with her over the years but always chalked it up to -she’s having a bad day, she’s overwhelmed, the job is daunting!! But yesterday was more of the same, doesn’t come to the counter, doesn’t look you in the eye, makes every effort to SCOWL!! She closed our “conversation” with ‘it will be forty minutes to fill and we close at 5 PM’. I’ll wait, thank you was my reply. So I ask ?Why is JUDY in the customer service business? Why is she so mean and nasty? As I was waiting for her to read my prescription I thought ‘perhaps she has an awful personal life, perhaps there is unspeakable tragedy in her life! I will pray for her and the public she serves as a representative of a very esteemed profession! Having said that, CHRIS and the majority of techs are wonderful!!!"
